IE Launch Error

On intial launch each day, I get a white page
with "://my.msn.com/default.armx'>here." printed on it.
Refresh brings up my real home page, but that's a pain.

Rule out parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.
