IE keeps closing its old window whenever i try to open a new window of it.

My IE keeps closing its old instance whenever i try to open a new instance of it.
I can only have 1 IE browsing at one time,

Does any one know what could have cause this
I've tried reinstalling IE multiple time already.. still no changes.

Help will be much appreciated..
