IE keeps asking if I want scripts to access java applets

What setting do I need to change to stop Internet Explorer v6 from asking
"Do you want to allow scripts to access java applets"? It appears whenever
I change pages while surfing the net. I just don't see an option to change.
I'm running a Windows XP service pack 1 laptop.
