IE keep running scripts error message keeps coming up

I have a client that is experiencing this message coming
up almost like a popup window coming up on his computer
while he is on the internet. Does someone know what
invokes this thing and how to stop it?

No free email support, sorry. Your client probably has spyware and/or
viruses. Here are generic troubleshooting steps for them to take: 1)
scan with current antivirus using updated definitions - note that
"current" means a version not older than 2002; 2) remove spyware with
tools such as Spybot S&D (www.security.kolla.de) and/or Ad-aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com) - note that it is a good idea to do virus and
spyware scans in Safe Mode. They should also check to be sure that
"display debugging information" (or whatever the exact wording is)
isn't checked in the Advanced tab of Internet Properties. I haven't
found this setting to be enabled as default in years, but you never
know.
