IE issue

I get a windows popup message asking Work Offline or Try
Again to connect, meanwhile I am absolutely connected to
the internet, so I am having the hardest time locating the
setting that is fooling IE 6.0 telling it I'm offline??

Could this be an issue with offline and synchronizing
offline pages?

Have you got OE open? Is that in Offline Mode?
