Ie Issue

As admin it wont even open up. My outlook express works fine. As m
other user on the computer IE works fine. Im going crazy! I have
cable connection. Help

A bit more info might help diagnose the problem. However, run this iefix
tool from MVP Ramesh and if needed follow the microsoft instructions.
Failing that working, click start | run | sfc /scannow or a repair install.
