Whenever I try to open a new Browser window or
click/double click a link on a website or email (and it
opens a new browser window) I get the error
message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
must close. Sorry for any inconvenience. I click the
detail and module is unknown so I have no idea what may
be causing it. Hence I can only have one browser window
open. This just started a few days ago, have had the PC
for just about 2 years and no problems until now. Anyone
else have this problem? Anyone give any assistance,
since I don't know which fix to use from
www.microsoft.com support sight. I have done a full
virus scan and used Sybot Search & Destroy, neither came
up with any problems to fix.

Thanks

Try running these two programs. Download and immediately update to be sure
they have the latest definitions, then run them.
