IE gives download file pop-up when trying to view .php forum

When trying to access the forums at the following site,
IE 6 http://www.overgrow.com/edge/index.php

I get the standard "File download" window warning me that
some files may harm my pc - Would you like to open file
or save to computer

file name : forumdisplay.php
file type:
From: www.overgrow.com

open , save, cancel,more info


Anyone know how I can fix this? I can view other forums
that are .php. Just not this one

Hi,
The same thing started happening to me recently.
Some other sites that also use ".php" links do the same thing.
I can't find a fix yet. Still looking.
I suspect it may be related to a WindowsUpdate security fix.
