This has been occuring the last few days. I started with
IE 5.5, then installed 6 in the hopes of a remedy.
While a page is loading, or if I move the mouse once the
page is fully loaded, all moving gifs and images stop.
When I stop moving the mouse - and the page was not fully
loaded, the images "catch up" and I get several images at
one time, or the gif continues (so a spinning button stops
spinning when I move the mouse on the page, and starts
again when I stop moving the mouse).
This is a new developement, and has never occured before.
Previously, a spinning button, once loaded, would continue
to spin, whether or not the page was fully loaded, or if I
moved the mouse or not.
On a side note, if I run Mozilla Firebird, none of these
issues come up.
