For three days now, my browser is freezing up. It loads
quickly to the url but once its there, the page locks up
and I can't do anything on it for about 20 seconds. Then
it lets me do stuff. With every new page I click on this
happens. Including this site, including when I clicked on
post a new message it froze and I had to wait to type
this. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing
this freezing/lock up of the browser? I have cable and
was zooming around the net and loading pages quickly and
able to access them and do things on tha page as soon as
it loaded until a few days ago. I have done nothing out
of the ordinary. And the cable connection is fine as I
had it checked first.
Thanks!

What does a scan with a current antivirus program (meaning a version not
earlier than 2002 and using updated virus definitions) show? Also,
remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from www.security.kolla.de
and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs
before running them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal
tools in Safe Mode.
