IE font sizes

How do you enlarge IE font sizes like in firefox and mozilla? In IE the
fonts ware way to small for web pages and ignore specified font siez doesn't
work good enough, it messes up all pages and makes the fonts way to big. So
is there a way to say min size 14? or whatever like firefox and mozilla
does?

yeah and it's still not good enoughm doesn't fix it like in firefox etc you
say min size 14 or whatever. that is what i want. not just larger, smaller
largest etc.
