IE Favorites Menu

I have "Enable Peronalized Favorites Menu" selected in >Internet Explorer

Tools > >Advanced > Browsing, and it's not working. What do I do to fix this?

When you toggle the Enable Personalized Favorites Menu check box on the
Advanced tab of Internet Options, nothing happens?

Two things must be true for a change to Enable Personalized Favorites Menu
to become effective:

1. You must exit and restart Internet Explorer.

2. You must have used Internet Explorer long enough for it to detect your
working habits, so it can demote (hide) menu items.

It can take 7 days or more for IE to learn your working habits.

Favorites Menu feature does not take effect immediately?

Thanks Wesley. I had restarted, but I haven't given it a week yet. My desktop
only took a few minutes to start working, that's why this is so puzzling.
It's my new laptop I'm working on now.
