IE error

Ok I woke up this morning to find when I try access a
certain web page I get the message 'Requested resource is
in use' - no one seems to have ever heard of it and I
can't fix it, it just happened out of the blue, someone
has hinted at ASP. but im not clever enough to even hazard
a guess in that area. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
