IE enlarges images

What I mean is web graphics appear to be about 20% larger when rendered in
my browser if I download the graphic and look at it in Picture and fax
viewer it looks normal and in fact is smaller on my screen. This is a real
problem when graphics have text the text is blown up and harder to read.

I have a new Dell Inspiron 8600 15.4 screen 16x10 aspect. XP Pro Gforce
4200 mobile 64 meg card.

What I have done so far. Run the SFC /scannow command. Changed to every
resolution I can. Resized the browser and change settings not to shrink
photos that are to big to display.

Any other ideas.

Found a fix on my own.

Copy the Text Below into Notepad.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"UseHR"=dword:00000000

Call it antifuzzy.REG

Save it.

Then Double Click it to Import into the Registry.
