IE download problem

I am unable to download MS Phishing Fileter. When I try I get a blank page
with a
small icon in the upper left hand corner.

XP Pro Sp2 with all updates.

Hi,
you must be running the MSN Search Toolbar before you can install MS Fishing
Filter. After you have installed MSN Serach Toolbar go to
http://addins.msn.com/addins_category_toolbar.aspx#phishing .

I am running MSN Search Toolbar, I downloaded it with Opera and installed
with no problems. I could not download MSN Toolbar with IE either.
