IE does not display webpage when opening new window

If I click a link that opens a new webpage window it will
not display the page. The link opens a new window, but is
blank, no address in the bar. It does tha same thing if I
rick click a link and tell it to open a page. I am using
windows 2000 and IE6.

Any ideas?

Try this fix.
You Cannot Open New Internet Explorer Window or Nothing Happens After You
Click a Link
Nothing happens. The new window may be blank.
