IE default language

Several years ago I signed up for Hotmail while I was in Germany. My
computer was set up in English. I am from the US. My internet explorer
shows everything in english except for when I go to any page dealing with
Hotmail or MSN Messenger. Is there some way I can correct the language
setting for this? It might be staring me in the face when I go to these
pages but this Texan just doesn't remember enough of is Deutch lessons to
figure this out. Thanks for any help.

clearing the cookies seems to have worked for me.
