IE crashing

There are occasional crashes happening for IE 7 while visiting a particular
custom page in MS CRM 4.0. The custom web page contains client side logic to
execute query using CrmService to dynamically populate the 2 list boxes. The
server side logic on this page is only for page load.
System Specification: End user workstations are running Windows XP SP2 and
have Internet Explorer 7 installed. IE version is: 7.0.6000.16850

Below is the text from the application error log entry:

Faulting Application iexplore.exe 7.0.6000.16850 , faulting module
mshtml.dll 7.0.6000.16850 , fault address )x000b1a12

Any help in resolving this or any pointers to troubleshoot this is much
appreciated.

Start by getting the computer fully patched at Windows Update.
