IE crashing when downloading mpegs

when i try to download the mpegs on this page:
http://www.treewalkfilms.com/shorts.htm

IE crashes. But I can download them through Netscape. I can also do the
streaming files through IE and Netscape.

Any idea why IE would do that?

To be more specific, when it crashes it gives me the Send/Don't Send dialog
and when I click on details it says:
Error signature:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: mcspmpeg.ax

ModVer: 1.0.0.34 Offset: 000031d2



I was able to load Amazon clips in WMP as well as download other files in
IE.
