ie crashes

i get 3 errors that crash my internet connection.
1.ie has encoutered a problem and needs to close.it reads

2.i go to a web site and it begins to load. then before
it is finished loading it turns off.
3. i tried reinstalling ie but this message keeps coming
up: a previous installation has pending work requiring a
reboot. you need to restart your computer to complete
that installation before running ie setup.
i`ve rebooted several times.
can anyone help ?
