Everytime I try and use IE I get an error that says
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
shut down. The error signature says-

AppName--iexplore.exe
AppVer--6.0.2800.1106
ModName--mshtml.dll
ModVer--6.0.2800.1400
Offset--0004a639

Than in the error report contents it has alot of stuff and
I managed to capture a screenshot with the following
information-

Exception Information

Code: 0xc0000005
Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000
Address: 0x00000000635ca639

Then there is also sys info and Module 1. This is
happening so frequently I can hardly use IE. I just did a
complete reformat and clean install of WinXPpro yesterday
so I am starting with a new slate. All my hardware is
relatively new and in good shape. What is the problem!!??

Rule out parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware
http://www.lavasoftusa.com

and:

SpyBot-S&D
http://security.kolla.de/

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

More: This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

There is nothing in the index of 'H' that says HSHTML?? I
am not sure where to go from here being is that I cant
find what you are telling me to look for.

Okay-- I have done all of this. I already had adaware and
use it frequently. I hope this helps and will post back
here if the problems are still happening. Thank you!
