IE connection problem

i am running Windows XP Pro, and have 2 accounts. While
logged in under the limited access account i cannot use
IE, and since it is limited access, i cant change any
connection settings either. my admin account has no
problem using IE, though. what do i need to do/change to
be able to use IE in my limited access account?
 
You make no mention of what type of internet access you
have, but just as an FYI. While you created your internet
connection did you set properties to allow ALL users to use
this connection, if set for "me only" you would not be able
to access internet with this connection.
Also check your properties to see if somehow IE has
restrictive setting, and no users have been DENIED use of
the program.
