IE closes unexpectadly

Hello,

When I start IE, I can see it is loading the website,
then it appears for a second or even not so long on the
screen and IE closes completely.
If I put a blank page in IE as startpage I can open it
normally, but as soon as I put in a web address it loads
and quits again. So after the website is loaded it quits.
What can be the cause? It gives no errors, also not in
the event viewer.

Try this...
From IE> Tools> Internet Options...
or
Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable third party
browser extensions."

If IE then functions, go to http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm and
start working through the solutions.

It's also possible that repairing IE will help:
