ie closes the minute it opens

When I open ie as soon as it finishes loading fully, it
closes as if I hit the close X. This happens every time. I
downloaded Netscape (YUK) and it opens and operates fine.
Has anyone seen this problem or know a fix?

What BHOs (browser helper objects) have you installed? Use BHO Demon to
find out. What AX objects have been installed (Internet Options ->
General -> Settings -> View Objects)? Anything recorded in the logs
managed by Event Viewer (available in NT-based Windows; you don't
mention your version of Windows or IE)?
