IE changes home page

I seem to have a problem. IE keeps changing my home page to the link below.
I have run allsorts of checkers with no luck in finding out what the problem
is. Also I can hear my hard drive working overtime in the background.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.

In the 1st instance i would recomend geting a free copy of AdAware and see
if that'll get rid of the nasty little hi-jacker!

Thanks you two, I have found the little critter A nasty worm called
"W32.Depress @ mm" and a program called letsroll.exe attached to it. I have
managed to diable it but I have not been able to remove the blighter.
