IE home page

Can someone explain to me why everytime I open up IE, it
tries to go to this home page (c:\windows\hp.htm). I have
no idea what this is and I don't have this file on my PC.
IE opens up to a blank page with an error meesage. If I
change the home page, it goes back to the one mentioned
above when I log on again.
