IE caught in loop for limited users only

IE works fine for the admin acct, but when you try to open IE for the limited accounts it will not open and seems to be in a never-ending loop where "badurl.grandstreetinteractive.com" flashes on and off at the bottom. If I change the acct back to admin it works fine. Any suggestions???

FYI: I installed Adware, CWShredder and uninstalled ShopNav. No more problems!!
