IE: can't open full viewing page

When I open IE, only 1/4 of the page is displayed. Each
and every time, I must manually maximize the screen. How
can I automatically have the browser screen maximized?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
