IE can not open acrobat reader

I have one user she need to open acrobat reader through IE, but it only show
all the white frame like blank page, but she can open someone send her the
email with PDF file attachment, also open manually any PDF file, but this
application is on the web, when she open it, it just blank page.

any idea?
