IE blocked ....pls help me

I am a novice with this programm.Somewhere i have blocked
IE (can't get it started) Can someone please help me out,
in plain english .....Thx !!!

download and install netscape or firefox

Installing Firefox or other non-MS browser may get you access to the
internet but doesn't fix IE.

What operating system are you using? Win2k or XP, Home or Pro, SP2?

Can you try logging in as a different user and see if you still have
problem?

Can you open "My Computer" and type a url in the address bar like
www.msn.com?

Does it give you any error messages?

These things will help others to solve your problem.
