IE annoying error

I had some sort of virus on my computer that was detected
and deleted by my virus software. But since this
happened, everytime I open my internet explorer it opens
to a page about:blank. No matter what I type in at that
point on the address bar it goes straight to that same
page. I have tried to change my homepage, but everytime
I open IE it doesn't change. Can anyone help me please?

there has been a problem with web surfers visiting www.webforhumans.com and
not having a popup blocker installed or clicking on various links at that
page which changes their home page in Internet Explorer to
www.about-blank.biz and to remove the bugs it installs requires the use of
HijackThis which can be found at:
