IE and pop ups driving me crazy

Until just a day ago I really did not have much problem with pop ups. I run
adaware regulary and have google pop blocker and everything seemed pretty
good.

I must of gone on a website today somewhere and now everytime I open up IE a
small popup window appears. I have run adaware ten times and can't seem to
find out where this is coming from.

I did a properties on the most recent one and got this address:

Any ideas on how to stop this crazy thing?

Try the following and see if it helps:

First:

Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm



Then update both AdAware and SpyBot and run them both from Safe Mode with
Hidden FIles enabled.
