IE and OE problem

Dear All,

I have a problem and need your help urgently.

The problem is :

1. I can use 56K modem dail up and success connect to my ISP

2. BUT I can't use IE connect to internet (browse website) and can't use OE
to receive email. -- always say can't connect to ISP service ! AND a
website link appear ( http://67.15.70.15/~block/****blonde.html/)

3. I have use Adware, AVG, CWShredder are no help. When use HijackThis it
come out something but I don't know how to select.

Can you please advise how to solve this problem ?

1. Try Spybot Search and Destroy (free) from
http://www.safer-networking.org/

2. You might also try the free Beta version of Microsoft Antispyware
from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en
(click on item #1). Just remember that this is a Beta version, which
usually means "too full of bugs to be released". However it has been
working well for many people so it is reasonably safe to try,
especially in your circumstancs. But try Spybot first.
