IE and Java

I am trying to work in a training module, but when I
click to start the training application nothing happens.
The company said I have to have flash and java installed
and both of these are installed and nothing happens. Any
idea?

Check on this site as it will tell you what version you have and you should
be able to get what you need.

Flash issues.
Go here and update/reinstall the Macromedia Flash player:
