When in Administrator Mode, I keep getting an Internet Explorer Error Report that says "IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then when I click on Send Error Report, the computer appears to send the report, and I close the next dialoge box, but when I click on "more information," the cylcle repeats unless I either reboot or chose "close" instead of "more information" on the "error reporting dialoge box"

In user modes, everything works, but I can't get downloads. Any suggestions?

Rick,

This could be caused by a number of things, though the
fact that Internet Explorer only fail's on your Admin
account suggests to me you have something installed on
that account which is causing IE to crash.

Is there anything specifically that you have on the Admin
account that is not on the users account?

For the time been, I can point you at this KB which will
guide you through the process of reparing Internet
Explorer, try this and see if it can resolve the issue,
if now post back :D

Hope this helps
