Whenever I'm on the internet and try to open a PDF, it won't open and I get a
msg that says:

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with add on and needs to close.

File: AcroPDF.dll
Description: Adobe PDF Browse Control"

Then it asks if I want to send a report then boots me off the internet
entirely.

What should I do???

Hi,

From Internet Explorer, click tools/options, and on the program tab click
the button to manage plug-ins. Locate the Adobe plugin, click on it and
disable it.
