IE 7

after installing ie 7 from microsoft update and I use it for about 1 hour the
links in the web pages quit working so does the right click on the mouse when
I quit ie 7 windows is all screwed up right click wont work folders wont open
if I try to open control panel it goes to catorigy view and they wont open
and the window it self is messed up brand new dell they say its a problem
with microsoft and I have to pay the to help fix it is this a bug does any
one know the problem

Post to the IE7 newsgroup at microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general using
capitalisation and punctuation otherwise no-one will bother to reply....
