IE 7 won't load MSN.COM or MYSPACE.COM on Vista Ultimate

I am running Vista Ultimate and am having a very strange problem with
Internet Explorer 7. When I try to access http://www.msn.com or
http://www.myspace.com, the page begins to load (on MSN I see the blue
background) and then the browser immediately clears what loaded and brings
up a blank white page.

I get the same behavior with myspace.com and can't even search for the word
myspace in the IE 7 search box without getting the same results.

I saw this once before on my first build with the RTM release of Ultimate
and could not figure out how to resolve the issue and ended up rebuilding.
This is a different machine and I am getting the same problem. Has anyone
seen this and do you have a resolution?

IE7 | Tools | Internet Options | General | Browsing History | Delete |
Delete All | <check> Also Delete Files and Settings Stored by Add-ons |
Yes | Browsing History (again) | Settings | > set the Disk Space to Use
at 100 - 150 MB. < | OK | OK

Close IE7 and reopen.
Try your sites

Note that many times, if the site uses any explorer add-ons, and you don't
heed the yellow bar on the top and tell it to run the add on, it won't allow
the page to load properly. Now I am not sure if that helps, but it is an
idea.
