IE 7 locks up

I am having a problem with IE 7. It worked fine for 3 or 4 days

Yes it does. I loaded Java Runtime Environment Version 5.0 Update 7 when prompted for another program.

Uninstall Java.

I did. I was just hoping it was something else, so that I could use the
program that required that version of Java. I should know better then to mix
beta's with beta's with beta's.
