Hokay so;

I'm not sure if I have this right, partly because I don't care enough to
vet this completely but:
<http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/ie7/ie7betaredirect.mspx> takes you
to a download page. Apparently anyone can now download and "beta test"
IE7.

Sys requirements:
Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview will only run on Windows® XP
Service Pack 2 (SP2) systems, but will ultimately be available for
Windows Vista, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, and Windows
Server 2003.

Yes, it's a BETA and should not be used in production machines of course.
(unless you are Google, messing up the whole beta concept).

So! Not being content to beta test their OS now you can beta test
their other software. Good luck.

I heard that some of the features in IE7 will only work in Vista. After
going through the tour, it's apparent that MS has studied Firefox
intently. I hope they've taken steps to make all the settings in
Internet Options more understandable.
