ie 7.0 blocked my e-mail links & attachments: permission restrict

Does anyone know how I can revert to the default settings and IE 6.0 on my
browser? The upgrade to IE 7.0 has blocked my e-mail messages with links,
coupons, attachments. "Contact your Administrator regarding these
restrictions"
I'm the Administrator and I'm blocked out too.
