I have IE 6 and XP installed along with all of the
service packs and updates. When I try to access the
options from the tools dropdown menu to delete cookies,
history, etc. a message pops up stating "This operation
has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator." The
problem is that this is my home PC and I am the
administrator. I have been having alot of problems with
spyware and I wonder if this fact could have anything to
do with the problem?!?! I was just wondering how, after
logging in as the admin, I could change this setting back
so that I can access the options dialog box so that I can
delete my cookies. Any information would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Tony
