IE 6 SP1 just stopped working

Man I am lost, I was surfing the web tonight and clicked
on a favorite and got the "page cannot be displayed"
message, so I thought that my isp connection went down.
Clicked on Outlook 2003 and checked mail just fine.
Opened Money 2002 and checked updates just fine. Went to
a web site in Money (I understand it uses IE) and it went
there just fine. SO I tried it in IE again and "page
cannot be displayed. Everything works in all other
applications except IE. Even messenger 4.7 works great.
I even rebooted and opened IE to my homepage, which
partly opened and then stopped. If anyone knows what I
need to check out I sure would appreciate the help. I am
just clueless.
