IE 6 Scroll Issue

I am experiencing a srolling anomoly in IE Explorer 6 and
Outlook express. When I click in the vertical scroll bar
grey area to scroll one page, the page scrolls too far and
skips some content. I noticed this after I applied the
latest service pack for IE 6.0. Any thoughts on this one?

1-search outlook express for other answers
2-use keyboard keys
