Ie 6 problem

Hi All,

I have recently come across an issue whereby when I
Ctrl+left click, IE6 opens a new window as opposed to
allowing me to select multiple items within the window. I
found this happens in IE6 sp2 but not sp1.

As I was using a version of XP from Toshi, I don't know
if it was a upgrade from SP1 or what. So, I need to
either roll down IE6 from sp2 to sp1, or alternatively
learn how to re-bind the shotcut keys in Ie6.

I tried removing and re-adding IE from Add/Remove but
that didn't work, it just removed a bunch of shotcuts but
kept the core compondents.

Anyone got any advise?

Cheers,
Ben

Most of us are recommending that those with laptops, especially older ones,
contact the manufacturer for info on upgrading to SP2. I would not upgrade
until I got an "all clear" from the manufacturer as well as download links
for any model-specific drivers which SP2 would require.
