IE 6 problem with save as

I save a webpage in my local disk. But when I open the
file, only code errors appear on it. WHen I use
view/source, however, the correct code appears, and I can
open it in excel.
 
How did you save the file?
Web page complete, just the .htm. etc...

What are the error messages.
