IE 6 - No response from javascript:openWindow

In just the past 2-3 weeks I cannot open a link in some
pages which I was able to open before. If I right click
and go to properties then copy and paste the URL address I
can get there. Any suggestions?

Disable any popup stopper.
Several Norton programs have options to block popups and scripts.
