IE 6 Does not open

Whenever I attempt to open Internet Explorer or any link to the internet, I get the following error message:

Explorer has caused an invalid page fault in module <unknown> at 0000 : 02114c30

Any help would be appreciated.

This is normally a good site for *W98* IPF's but there are two problems: 1)
we *don't know* if you are using W98, and 2) the site is "blank". Typical!
