IE 6 continuous scrolling of address in address bar

Has anyone seen this problem:

We have 1 computer with the address in the address bar
scrolling continuously and tIE 6 is locked. We cannot
stop it or go to any other site. We get the same problem
when rebooting the machine.

This is 1 computer in a lab of 28.

If you have seen this let me know of the solution.

What do you mean by "scrolling continuously?"
