ie 6 browser issues and error

i keep getting this error after browsing for about 5 mins.
i've repaired ie and scan disked. i dont know how to fix
this problem.any help &feedback appreciated...

IEXPLORE caused a general protection fault
in module USER.EXE at 0003:00001022.

Hi,
There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run one or both of these programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/
